We have been made aware of some scammers using some of our photos to fraudulently advertise homes for rent then ask for monies to be transferred often via private landlord groups online. Agents cannot charge fees to private tenants.
Please note we will never ask for monies and deposits to be sent before a significant application process and never via text or Facebook only from company emails.
If you are not sure just pop into our office or call us on 01229 83 1111 be very wary of “agents” who don’t even have an office and just deal via message or a mobile number.
We know things are tough enough already for those looking for a place to rent without scammers stealing from you.
