Insurance Services
Landlords
As a landlord you will need to have either buildings insurance or buildings & contents insurance, tenants are responsible for the contents however they would not be in the event of a major peril such as fire or flood for example. The Landlords insurance will also incorporate a public liability aspect which you would require.
Many policies can simply be amended for this however we advise landlords to have specific Landlords insurance policy. Our Status
Currently we no longer operate as appointed representatives for any insurance company although are qualified to do so. It is more cost effective for us not to become involved and cheaper for you as our clients. We have been recommending that customers allow us to obtain a free quote as our newest insurer is proving up to 30% cheaper than the previous organisation. We will simply pass on your details (only with specific prior consent from you) and allow a specialist to provide you with a free quote.
