We are now a team of fourteen letting agents based in the same office at Barrow-in-Furness. The whole team concentrate solely as residential letting agents, letting and maintaining houses for our landlords and tenants.

Weekly meetings and constant communication ensures in most cases you can ask anyone to help. With a large portfolio of property to rent it is still best to speak with the person handling your specific request.

Below is a brief introduction to what each of us handles to help you pick the right person . A busy office means it is often helpful to send an email that we can come back to and record. Much of our work revolves around negotiation and as such our role is often difficult. Our aim is to ensure landlords and tenants are dealt with fairly, honestly and with courtesy and request the same respect back.

Rude or aggressive behaviour from any customer will not be tolerated and we respectfully request that this is avoided, we are here to help and will enjoy doing so.
