We let around 800 properties in the South Lakes and Furness peninsular.
The property we have for let includes serviced accommodation and some rooms to rent but the bulk of our stock is houses and apartments to let. This is a mixture of both furnished and unfurnished predominantly for long term let.
Most houses and flats for let are available on assured shorthold tenancies for a minimum of 9 months. The serviced apartments in Barrow and Ulverston are available to let shorter term with more information here.
We are not an estate agents that also do lettings but a specialist residential letting agency. In order to make renting with us easy and stress-free, we work hard to go above and beyond your expectations.
Our main customers are BAE systems and the Royal Navy but of course we have tenants from almost every walk of life.
