Cath pc Lettings

Cath assists Laura within the administration department. Her primary responsibilities include managing tenancy applications throughout the moving in process and ensuring all the relevant checks, compliance and documentation is completed efficiently. Additionally, Cath is responsible for organising  EPC checks & coordinating tenancy renewals.
