During this last few weeks we have been exceptionally busy and are now keen to take on new properties in both Ulverston and Barrow as well as Dalton in Furness and the surrounding rural areas.
This is not just a standard busy period we have let 20 houses in the past 8 working days! and thus are keen to value more new property so long as it is of a good quality.
The demand, as usual has been from our main client BAE systems with the Royal Navy taking several also. This time of year always picks up with many moving along with the academic year i.e. hospital staff and graduates at various local firms.
Such an extreme period of demand means we are very busy and you may have to wait a little longer for us to fit you in or reply, we apologise if this is the case but of course we can only do so much in any one day.
