PC Lettings – Landlord Referral Scheme

We’re always thrilled when our clients share their positive experiences and help grow our community. To show our appreciation, we offer a £250 referral credit for every successful introduction of a new landlord whose property is let through PC Lettings.

Referral Reward

• £250 paid via bank transfer for each successful referral.
• Payment is made once a tenant has moved in and all legal documentation is completed.

 

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the referral reward:

• The referred landlord must be entirely new to PC Lettings (not a previous client).
• The tenancy must be new – renewals or extensions of existing tenancies do not qualify.

A tenancy is considered valid when:

• • New tenants have moved in.
  • All legal documents are properly completed.
  • The tenancy is not surrendered within the first 30 days of commencement.

If any of these conditions are not met, the referral will be deemed invalid.

 

 

Referral Credit Usage

Once applied to our system:

• The referral credit can be used towards services offered by PC Lettings.
• Alternatively, it can be transferred directly to your bank account.

 

Additional Information

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
• All payments are confirmed via email.
