Even for us this is a lot so please bear with us as we handle these properly and in house. We also have lots of new properties coming soon also so get in touch if you are looking. We ask for a little patience as the Covid 19 Virus is still posing many challenges for us all.
We are now able to conduct viewings and valuations we just ask people to take sensible precautions and use the virtual tours to ensure the house fits your needs first. We can also conduct valuations in your absence should you prefer.
We are planning to open the office on 3rd July although still request you try to contact via email or over the phone instead if you can.
The process of moving from lockdown to the “new normal” is more challenging than the lockdown itself. We are extremely proud of our team of staff and contractors who have been outstanding throughout. We would also like to thank our tenants for being understanding with required safety checks and maintenance. A number of landlords have extended rent holidays when necessary and for this too we are grateful.
On a last positive note we are delighted to see our home team Barrow AFC being promoted and are going to be offering a free raffle of merchandise very soon to help celebrate.
