Steph has been with us over 8 years now and has a wealth of experience. Steph helps value new properties to let, providing advice and guidance alongside the valuation aspect. Steph is also now liaising with our many landlords both at the point of instruction and during tenancies.
With a significant client base from the US and an emerging Australian client base, Steph is the first point of call for these customers. On a daily basis Steph will also pay landlords and contractors.
