Corona Virus information from pc! Lettings for customers and suppliers 7th April.

First of all we would like to thank all those keeping us safe & healthy and keeping the country going.

Our staff have been great working remotely and within the guidelines. This has been and continues to be difficult.

Thank you to all our tenants who have been keeping in touch when there are difficulties with finance and for being patient with non essential repairs. We would also like to thank our landlords for being considerate and accommodating with customers who are struggling with rent payments at the moment.

Those contractors still helping are greatly appreciated and we understand those who are unable to work at the moment.

Currently the following staff are still working remotely and can be emailed as normal Kayleigh, Adam, Laura, Steve and Shaun. (just add @pclettings.com of course) You can leave a phone message if you need to but emailing or sending us a message via here is better please.

We are still completing emergency repairs with severe faults. Ideally email Kayleigh@pclettings.com

We can’t complete new property valuations or viewings at the moment but are willing to obtain video walk-throughs for key workers who still need to move home. Email shaun@pclettings.com

Key workers can still apply for a property and we can still get you in, we just have to do everything separate to each other without meeting up in person. Email laura@pclettings.com

If you are moving out we will be in touch. We are unable to complete the check out with you, instead we will do it at least 48 hrs later. Email adam@pclettings.com

We are still advertising houses and flats to let but as stated above advise you only ask if you are a key worker and need to move.

Rent payments are still being completed Mon-Fri and in any instance where tenants are struggling we will contact the landlord asap to let them know.

We do expect the lock down situation to continue for a few months yet so for now we just ask you to follow the government advice;-

Stay home to Help the NHS and safe lives.

This storm will pass and together we can get through it. : )
